1. TERMS OF SERVICE (Términos del Servicio)

A. Appointment & Cancellation Policy (Política de Citas y Cancelaciones)

Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We strictly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service price. "No-shows" (failing to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. The full price of the original service will still apply.

B. Health & Safety Disclosure (Divulgación de Salud y Seguridad)

Mandatory Disclosure: Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications (especially blood thinners or topical retinoids), and pregnancy before the treatment begins.

Right to Refuse: Golden Touch Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual with contraindications that may risk their health or the safety of our licensed therapists.

Inappropriate Behavior: We maintain a professional environment. Any suggestive, disrespectful, or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, payment in full, and a permanent ban from the premises.

C. Liability Waiver & Release (Exoneración de Responsabilidad)

By booking a service, the client agrees to the following:

"I voluntarily assume all risks related to the treatment, including but not limited to skin irritation, bruising, or muscle soreness. I release Golden Touch Spa and its employees from any and all liability for unintentional injuries or reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions or the inherent nature of massage and aesthetic treatments under Florida Law."

2. PRIVACY POLICY (Política de Privacidad)

A. Compliance with Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA)

In accordance with Florida Statutes § 501.171, we implement strict security measures to protect your Personal Identifying Information (PII).

Data Collected: Name, phone number, email, and health history provided during the intake process.

Purpose: To manage bookings, process payments via secure encrypted gateways (PCI Compliant), and ensure treatment safety.

Third-Party Sharing: We NEVER sell or rent your data. Information is only shared with our booking software providers (e.g., Vagaro, Mindbody, or Square) and as required by law.

B. SMS & Email Communication (TCPA Compliance)

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive appointment reminders via SMS and email. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" or replying "STOP".

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (Aviso Médico)

The services at Golden Touch Spa are for wellness and aesthetic purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Our staff are Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) and Estheticians, not Medical Doctors. Consult your physician before starting any new wellness regimen.
